Organizations can choose the Webinars they need, available for unlimited viewing on a subscription basis.
The main component is a 15-20 minute web video presentation covering a single topic or theme. A voiceover accompanies the main body bullet points and the participant can review backwards or skip forwards as needed.
The Webinars are accessed via Web from a dashboard page that includes a variety if supporting materials, including optional pre- and post-tests, assessment surveys and links to additional articles and web pages related to the topic.
The post-test can be taken immediately or delayed by weeks or months to determine how well the Webinar enhanced overall skills and proficiency.
A downloadable workbook is also provided available, with the text of each slide and additional activities in detail. The workbook can be used during the Webinar or at a later, in actual workplace situations.
The Webinars, articles, tests and workbooks are all cross-referenced to additional topics and materials.
Names and contact information for the Webinar speakers are available for questions, comments or consulting on general techniques and practices. (Specific questions regarding company policies, procedures, guidelines or rules are directed back to the organization.)
